Dr Judah Cohen joins us tonight to discuss the impact of the polar vortex split on both Europe & North America.

Cold air moves into the Eastern US over the next several days on strong winds. The weekend brings a snow threat from the lower Ohio Valley to the Middle Atlantic States with questions regarding how far north this system gets to impact the Northeast, if at all. Central & Southern Europe remain cold and snowy as the impact of the polar vortex split gradually spreads westward in the long range.
